- Dark Chocolate200 g
- Egg whites3 unit(s)
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- In a saucepan over medium heat, place the egg whites and sugar and stir until the sugar melts. Transfer this mixture to a mixer and beat until stiff.
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave every 30 seconds. Mix in the sour cream. Pass this mixture to the battery bowl and mix with fue delicately and then take it to the fridge. I put the mousse in the Easter egg shell, but you can put it in a refractory. On top I put chocolate balls.
