- Egg whites3 unit(s)
- Chocolate powder4 tablespoon
- Bring the condensed milk, butter and chocolate to the fire, stirring constantly until the mixture releases from the bottom of the pan.
- Reserve and let cool.
- Mix the cream and the egg whites until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Pour the dough into a refractory and take it to the freezer for approximately 50 minutes.
