Chocolate Mousse and Jack Daniel's

Derreta o chocolate juntamente com o creme de leite até que fique homogêneo. Nessa mistura ainda quente, adicione as gemas, mexendo rapidamente. Em seguida, adicione o whisky.
Por fim, acrescente as claras em neve, delicadamente.
Despeje nos recipientes que deseja servir e leve para gelar por 4 horas.

Melt the chocolate together with the cream until smooth. In this still hot mixture, add the yolks, stirring quickly. Then add the whiskey.
Finally, add the snow whites, gently.
Pour into the containers you want to serve and refrigerate for 4 hours.
