Chocolate mousse

Em um bowl adicione o chocolate e o creme de leite. Leve ao microondas por 1 minuto (se achar necessário coloque por mais 30 segundos) misture bem e reserve.

In a bowl add the chocolate and cream. Take it to the microwave for 1 minute (if you find it necessary put it for another 30 seconds) mix well and book.

Em um outro bowl adicione a margarina, açúcar e as gemas, misture bem até ficar bem homogêneo e reserve. 

In another bowl add the margarine, sugar and egg yolks, mix well until smooth and set aside.

Na batedeira adicione as claras em velocidade média para alta. As claras em neve tem que ficar bem firme e reserve.

In a mixer, add the egg whites on medium to high speed. The snow whites have to be very firm and set aside.

Agora misture o 1° passo e o 2° passo
Incorpore tudo com um fuê. Depois acrescente as claras em neve, incorpore delicadamente com o fuê. 
Agora coloque em um recipiente e leve a geladeira por aproximadamente  3 a 4 horas. Não esqueça de cobrir com plástico filme se não tiver tampa. De preferência leve a geladeira em um recipiente de vidro. Após os 3 horas de geladeira decore da forma que achar melhor e já está pronto para servir.

Now mix the 1st step and the 2nd step
Incorporate everything with a fuê. Then add the snow whites, incorporate delicately with the whisk.
Now put it in a container and take it to the fridge for approximately 3 to 4 hours. Don't forget to cover with plastic wrap if you don't have a lid. Preferably take the fridge in a glass container. After 3 hours in the fridge, decorate as you see fit and it's ready to serve.
