- unsalted butter200 g
- Refined sugar100 g
- Good quality dark or white chocolate250 g
- Sour cream (one box)200 ml

- In a bowl add the chocolate and cream. Take it to the microwave for 1 minute (if you find it necessary put it for another 30 seconds) mix well and book.
- In another bowl add the margarine, sugar and egg yolks, mix well until smooth and set aside.
- In a mixer, add the egg whites on medium to high speed. The snow whites have to be very firm and set aside.
- Now mix the 1st step and the 2nd step Incorporate everything with a fuê. Then add the snow whites, incorporate delicately with the whisk. Now put it in a container and take it to the fridge for approximately 3 to 4 hours. Don't forget to cover with plastic wrap if you don't have a lid. Preferably take the fridge in a glass container. After 3 hours in the fridge, decorate as you see fit and it's ready to serve. I'll also leave a saved video of the step by step, if in doubt.
