- butter1 tablespoon
- condensed milk2 can(s)
- sour cream2 can(s)
- chocolate1 cup
- colorless and unflavored gelatin1 unit(s)
- In a pan, mix the butter, 1 can of condensed milk and 1 can of cream.
- Place over low heat, stirring constantly, until it comes off the bottom.
- Once ready, put it in the blender along with the other cans of condensed milk and cream.
- Beat until homogenized.
- Bring the gelatin to a boil with water until dissolved. Add to the mixture in the blender and blend.
- Then it's 1 hour and 30 minutes of freezer and eating. It's easy, cheap and works well.
- You can change it by substituting the chocolate for the same measure as a can of condensed milk with concentrated natural passion fruit or lemon juice. You don't even have to go into the fire. Just beat, freeze and eat
