Wheat flour500 g
warm milk250 ml
Sugar100 g
Oil60 ml
Honey1 teaspoon
Organic Dry Yeast20 g
Cocoa powder2 teaspoon

In a bowl add the wheat flour, warm milk, sugar, oil, honey and yeast mix and knead the dough until you get a very smooth dough that does not stick to your hands.
Divide the dough into 2 equal parts, one part add the cocoa and mix well and let the two parts rise each in a bowl until doubled in volume.
Roll out the white dough into a rectangle and set aside. Roll out the chocolate dough into a rectangle of the same size
Brush a little milk on the white mass and place the chocolate mass on top.
Roll up lengthwise and place in a loaf pan, cover with plastic wrap and let rise until doubled in volume.
Brush an egg and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
