  • Heavy cream1 unit(s)
  • Chopped white chocolate300 g
  • Egg whites3 unit(s)
  • Sugar3 tablespoon
  • Kit Kat packets10 unit(s)
  1. In a pan over a bain-marie, heat the Heavy cream.
  2. Add the chocolate and stir until it becomes a homogeneous mixture. Reserve.
  3. In a pan, mix the egg whites and sugar and cook over low heat, stirring vigorously without stopping, for about 3 minutes.
  4. It is important to take the pan off the heat for a few moments every minute, continuing to stir, to avoid cooking.
  5. Transfer to a mixer and beat for 5 minutes or until it doubles in volume.
  6. Mix lightly with the chocolate cream.
  7. In a refractory, make a layer of chocolate cream and a layer of chopped Kit Kat.
  8. Repeat the layers and finish with the entire Kit Kat on top.
  9. Refrigerate for about 3 hours.
