Seche unflavored gelatin 12 grams

Water (100)ml

Condensed milk

Sour cream

200 grams chocolate tablet

CHOCOLATE JELLY

Misture a gelatina sem sabor na água e leve ao micro-ondas, em potência alta, por 20 segundos ou em banho-maria.
Bata no liquidificador o leite condensado, o creme de leite, a gelatina dissolvida e o chocolate (reserve algumas lascas para decorar).
Despeje a mistura numa tigela rasa e leve á geladeira por cerca de 3 horas ou até adquirir consistência.
Sirva gelada decorada com as raspas de chocolate

Mix the unflavored gelatin in the water and microwave on high power for 20 seconds or in a water bath.
Beat the condensed milk, the cream, the dissolved gelatin and the chocolate in the blender (reserve some chips for decoration).
Pour the mixture into a shallow bowl and place in the fridge for about 3 hours or until firm.
Serve chilled garnished with chocolate shavings.
