Chocolate iced strawberry dessert

Numa panela adicione o leite condensado, o amido de milho, o leite em pó, 1 caixinha de creme de leite e o leite.
Misture muito bem antes de levar ao fogo

In a pan add condensed milk, corn starch, powdered milk, 1 box of cream and milk.
Mix very well before taking to the fire.

Levar ao fogo até engrossar.
Acrescentar a baunilha e mexer por mais 30 segundos.

Bring to a boil until thickened.
Add the vanilla and stir for another 30 seconds.

Tirar do fogo e colocar numa tigela para esfriar. 
Nesse momento vamos colocar um filme plástico em cima do creme para não criar uma película grossa.

Remove from heat and place in a bowl to cool.
At this point we are going to put a plastic film on top of the cream so as not to create a thick film.

Numa travessa de servir coloque uma camada de creme.
Por cima os morangos picados. E outra camada de creme. Reserve


On a serving platter, place a layer of cream.
On top of the chopped strawberries. And another layer of cream. Reserve


Numa tigela coloque o chocolate em barra picado e leve ao microondas para derreter. Tire e mexa a cada 30 segundos pra não queimar o chocolate.
Acrescente o creme de leite e misture bem até incorporar para fazer a ganache.

Place the chopped chocolate in a bowl and place in the microwave to melt. Remove and stir every 30 seconds so the chocolate doesn't burn.
Add the cream and mix well until incorporated to make the ganache.

Cubra a sobremesa com o ganache e decore com morangos.

Cover the dessert with the ganache and decorate with strawberries.
