  • Chopped semisweet chocolate100 g
  • Milk400 ml
  • Vanilla Essence2 teaspoon
  • Maizena2 tablespoon
  • Honey4 tablespoon
  • Coarsely chopped walnuts50 g
  1. Melt the chopped chocolate in a bain-marie over low heat. Stir until smooth.
  2. Add the vanilla essence and honey, mix well and let it cool.
  3. In another pan, place the milk and heat it over low heat for 3-4 minutes, until it starts to boil. Add the cornstarch and mix for 2-3 minutes, until it thickens a bit. Remove from heat and pour into melted chocolate. Mix well and wait for it to cool completely.
  4. In a 20cm diameter container, arrange the chopped walnuts evenly, covering the bottom of the container. Pour the pie dough on top and cover with PVC film. Place in the freezer for 3h-3h30 until firm.
  5. Before serving, remove from refrigeration and let stand at room temperature for 10-15 minutes. When serving, decorate with chopped chocolate.
