1 1/2 cup cocoa powder135 g
3 cups of milk600 ml
1 cup sour cream200 g
1 1/2 cup condensed milk395 g
2 packets of hydrated unflavored gelatin24 g
White chocolate shavings150 g
3 tablespoons of powdered milk50 g

In the blender place the milk, condensed milk, chocolate powder, powdered milk, cream, and hydrated unflavored gelatin and beat for 3 minutes.
Put the liquid in a jar and put it in the freezer for 1 hour.
Remove from the freezer and beat with an electric mixer for 5 minutes.
Add the chopped white chocolate, distribute in little jars and take it to the fridge for 2 hours or until firm. Help yourself.
