- Milk or semisweet chocolate bar.500 g
- Condensed milk395 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Milk powder5 tablespoon
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave and put it in the shape of a heart.
- Make 3 layers, in each layer refrigerate for 5 minutes.
- In a pan put the condensed milk, cream, margarine and powdered milk.
- In medium fire, stir until it gets very creamy (don't let it give brigadeiro point)
- Wait to cool and put the stuffing in a bag to bake and use the nozzle of your choice, the finish looks more beautiful.
