- vegan chocolate 70% unsweetened cocoa300 g
- Very consistent coconut milk280 ml
- Coconut oil2 tablespoon
- Grated unsweetened coconut1/2 cup
- Melt the chocolate in bain marie
- remove from fire
- Add the other ingredients
- Mix and let cool
- Place half of the ganache in a glass dish.
- Add the grated coconut
- Cover with the rest of the ganache
- Decorate with fruits, flowers, grated coconut..
