  • Milk chocolate bar2 unit(s)
  • Light cream1 unit(s)
  • Cognac4 tablespoon
  • Fruits to taste
  1. Break the chocolate bars into squares, add the cream and microwave for 30 seconds. Stir well to help melt and cook for another 30 seconds.
  2. Transfer the chocolate to the fondue pan and keep the flame of the rechaud lit.
  3. Add the brandy (optional, if you have children, don't add it) and stir, keeping the flame burning.
  4. Dip the fruits in chocolate and enjoy!!!!
