Oat flakes35 g
Cocoa powder1 teaspoon
Cinnamon and sweetener to taste
Baking powder1 coffee spoon
Aerated chocolate20 g
Chocolate Whey20 g

Mash the bananas and add to the egg, egg whites, oats, cocoa, cinnamon and sweetener, beat well until a homogeneous mass is formed, leaving the yeast last.
Microwave for 2:30.
Unmold and place the chocolate on top of the still hot cake to melt.
Dilute the chocolate Whey with water until it reaches the consistency you prefer to stay like syrup, pour it on top of the cake and enjoy with taste.
