- 1 melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and distribute in a shape of your choice (I used size 500g) 2Blend condensed milk, cream, and lemon juice in a blender until mousse 3 Unmold the egg and fill with the mousse 4 Decorate to taste and pack as per your taste
