Margarine125 g
Whole milk150 ml
Wheat flour with yeast250 g
Chocolate powder 50%50 g
Cocoa15 g
Yeast10 g

Beat in the mixer on high speed: the eggs, sugar and margarine until you form a white and fluffy cream.
Then add the milk and beat. Place the dry ingredients, wheat flour, chocolate powder, cocoa powder, baking powder and a pinch of salt.
Mix all the ingredients with the fouet, after mixing, beat for approximately 15 seconds.
Place in a preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes at 180° degrees.
Stuff to your liking.
