- Milk1 cup
- Sour cream100 g
- Chopped Chocolate150 g
- In a pan, place the condensed milk and corn starch, mix well until homogenized.
- Add the liquid milk, over medium heat, mix very well without stopping until it thickens and turns into a cream.
- After thickening, turn off the heat and add the Milk Cream, mix until homogenized.
- Add the melted chopped chocolate, mix well until everything is homogenized, put a plastic in contact and take it to the fridge until it cools down.
