- Sugar2 cup
- Wheat flour21/2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- In a blender, beat the eggs, carrots, oil and sugar for 5 minutes.
- Place the blender mixture in a bowl and add the wheat flour mixing with a spatula.
- Add the baking powder and stir slowly
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes.
- Chocolate cover 1 spoon of butter 3 spoons of chocolate powder 1 condensed milk
- In a pan mix all the ingredients Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until it starts to thicken. Pour over the carrot cake
