Chocolate cake without wheat flour and very fluffy

Numa tigela peneire a farinha de arroz, o amido e o chocolate e pó. Junte o açúcar, a pitada de sal, os ovos com a baunilha, e o óleo. Com o fuê misture um pouco os ingredientes, acrescente o leite e continue mexendo até ficar uma massa homogênea, é rápido, de 2 a 3 minutos.

In a bowl, sift the rice flour, starch and chocolate powder. Add the sugar, a pinch of salt, the eggs with the vanilla, and the oil. With the whisk, mix the ingredients a little, add the milk and keep stirring until you get a homogeneous mass, it's fast, 2 to 3 minutes.

Por último, junte o fermento e misture bem. Coloque a massa na fôrma untada e polvilhada com chocolate (por ser polvilhada com chocolate que o bolo fica mais escurinho por fora).

Finally, add the yeast and mix well. Place the dough in the greased and chocolate-dusted pan (because it is sprinkled with chocolate, the cake is darker on the outside).

Leve ao forno preaquecido a 180 graus de 30 a 35 minutos. Depende de cada forno. Ao retirar do forno, espere amornar e desenforme. Esse bolo fica delicioso e muito fofinho.

Dicas:
- Se preferir, use o açúcar branco comum.
- Se for utilizar Cacau em pó, coloque somente meia xícara.

Tips:

- If using cocoa powder, only add half a cup.
