3 tablespoons of butter or margarine

1 1/4 cup sugar

1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar

1 pinch of salt

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

4 1/4 cup milk

1 tablespoon of baking powder

2 cups of cocoa powder

1 cup of hot water

1 cup condensed milk

Chocolate Cake without egg

Em um recipiente coloque 1 xícara de cacau em pó, a água quente e mexa até ficar uma mistura homogênea. Reserve.

In a container, place 1 cup of cocoa powder, hot water and stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Reserve.

Em uma tigela coloque a manteiga ou margarina, o açúcar e bata por uns 2 minutos.

In a bowl place the butter or margarine, the sugar and beat for about 2 minutes.

Acrescente a farinha de trigo, o açúcar de baunilha, 3/4 de xícara de leite, a mistura de cacau, 1 pitada de sal e bata novamente até ficar uma massa lisa e homogênea.

Add the flour, vanilla sugar, 3/4 cup of milk, cocoa mixture, 1 pinch of salt and beat again until smooth and homogeneous.

Adicione o fermento em pó e misture delicadamente.

Unte uma forma de buraco no meio com manteiga ou margarina, despeje a massa e leve para assar em forno pré-aquecido a 180°C por 45 minutos.

Grease a hole in the middle with butter or margarine, pour the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes.

Para a calda, em uma panela coloque 1 1/2 xícara de leite, 1 xícara de cacau em pó, o leite condensado e mexa até ferver. Desligue o fogo, fure todo o bolo e jogue a calda ainda quente sobre o bolo. Aguarde até que o bolo absorva a calda e sirva-se.

For the syrup, in a pan put 1 1/2 cup of milk, 1 cup of cocoa powder, the condensed milk and stir until it boils. Turn off the heat, pierce the entire cake and pour the still hot syrup over the cake. Wait until the cake absorbs the syrup and serve.
