- Heat the water, milk and butter.
- Reserve.
- In a bowl, place the flour and cocoa powder.
- Reserve.
- In a mixer, beat the eggs and sugar on high speed until creamy.
- Turn off the mixer and gradually mix the wheat flour and chocolate, alternating with the water, milk and margarine.
- Add the baking powder and mix.
- Pour the dough into a shape with a hole in the middle, greased and infarinhada.
- put margarine, condensed milk, milk and chocolate powder in a pan.
- Mix.
