- Butter1 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 dessert spoon
- Chocolate powder 50% cocoa1 to taste
- In a bowl, add the eggs, butter and sugar. Mix until it forms a soft dough.
- Then add the flour, chocolate of your choice and milk, finally the yeast.
- Grease the mold with butter, I prefer to use chocolate instead of flour to grease it, the chocolate helps to unmold it better.
- Roof. Half a can of condensed milk, 2 tablespoons of butter, 5 tablespoons of sugar, half a cup of water. Bring everything to the fire, when it starts to release from the bottom of the pan, it's about to take it off the fire.
