- Wheat flour3 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Milk150 ml
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Chocolate3 tablespoon
- Bicarbonate1 coffee spoon
- Condensed milk2 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- plum1 can(s)
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Whip the egg whites and set aside. Mix all the other ingredients, when it is well mixed add the whites and the yeast and mix gently. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 40 min. (do the toothpick test)
- For the filling: Mix 1 condensed milk, 1/2 can of cream and the plum. Bring to a boil until thickened.
- For coverage: Mix condensed milk, 1/2 can of cream and chocolate. Bring to a boil until thickened. Decorate as you like and enjoy 😋
