  • Chocolate 70% (bar)400 g
  • Passion fruit pulp2 unit(s)
  • Vanilla Whey Scoop1 unit(s)
  • Milk powder2 tablespoon
  • Water100 ml
  • Xylitol1 tablespoon
  1. Melt the 70% chocolate of your choice, grease the silicone molds and refrigerate until hardened.
  2. Place the passion fruit pulp, whey, powdered milk, water and xylitol in a blender and blend for 5 minutes.
  3. Once that's done, put it in the already hardened chocolate molds and take it to the freezer for about 2 hours.
  4. Then just unmold
  5. Ready!
