- Chocolate 70% (bar)400 g
- Passion fruit pulp2 unit(s)
- Vanilla Whey Scoop1 unit(s)
- Milk powder2 tablespoon
- Water100 ml
- Xylitol1 tablespoon
- Melt the 70% chocolate of your choice, grease the silicone molds and refrigerate until hardened.
- Place the passion fruit pulp, whey, powdered milk, water and xylitol in a blender and blend for 5 minutes.
- Once that's done, put it in the already hardened chocolate molds and take it to the freezer for about 2 hours.
- Then just unmold
- Ready!
