Chocolate Cake with Passion Fruit Mousse

 BOLO ;Misture bem os 4 ovos, o açúcar, a manteiga e o leite, depois acrescente a farinha de trigo o cacau em pó, bicarbonato e o fermento, misture novamente. Unte uma forma com manteiga e despeje a massa. Asse em forno pré-aquecido à 180° por aproximadamente 40 minutos. Faça o teste do palito.
OBS: depois de assado, molhe o bolo com uma calda simples de chocolate (1 xicara de leite, 1 colher de sopa de açúcar, 2 colheres de sopa de cacau em pó, misture tudo e molhe)
MOUSSE:
Bata tudo no liquidificador até ficar bem cremoso e depois despeje em ima do bolo. Deixe gelando por 3 horas e depois é só servir.

 CAKE ;Mix the 4 eggs, sugar, butter and milk well, then add the flour, cocoa powder, bicarbonate and baking powder, mix again. Grease a form with butter and pour the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 40 minutes. Do the toothpick test.
NOTE: after baking, wet the cake with a simple chocolate syrup (1 cup of milk, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, mix everything and soak)
MOUSSE:
Beat everything in the blender until it's very creamy and then pour it on top of the cake. Freeze for 3 hours and then serve.
