- Sugar1 cup
- Melted butter1/2 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Cocoa powder1/2 cup
- Fermenti powder1 tablespoon
- Pinch of Baking Soda (if you prefer a darker cake)1 to taste
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream1/2 can(s)
- Powdered milk1 cup
- Concentrated Passion Fruit Juice1 cup
- CAKE ;Mix the 4 eggs, sugar, butter and milk well, then add the flour, cocoa powder, bicarbonate and baking powder, mix again. Grease a form with butter and pour the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 40 minutes. Do the toothpick test. NOTE: after baking, wet the cake with a simple chocolate syrup (1 cup of milk, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, mix everything and soak) MOUSSE: Beat everything in the blender until it's very creamy and then pour it on top of the cake. Freeze for 3 hours and then serve.
