- Beat the eggs with the sugar until doubled in size.
- Add the oil and the gelatin dissolved in the water. hit some more
- Sift the dry ingredients, add and beat very little (just to mix), always on low speed.
- Separate the dough into two parts, and in one, add the chocolate and mix well.
- Finally, add the yeast and bicarbonate
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
