- Wheat flour1/2 cup
- Margarine50 g
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Chocolate powder1 cup
- Orange juice1 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Orange zest to taste
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Milk1 cup
- In a refractory place the flour, butter and eggs. Stir well, add the chocolate and orange juice and the zest, stir until just set, add the yeast and stir a little more.
- Preheat the oven to 240 degrees, grease a pan with butter and flour, pour the dough and put it in the oven. Set the temperature to 180 degrees and leave for approximately 45 min.
- In a pan put some butter, condensed milk and chocolate powder and a little bit of milk wick until it detaches from the bottom of the pan.
- Remove the cake from the oven, unmold it cold with the help of a straw, make holes in the cake. Pour the topping, serve cold
