- Brown Sugar1/2 cup
- Coconut Milk1/2 cup
- Cocoa Powder2 tablespoon
- Butter6 tablespoon
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Pinch of Salt1 to taste
- COVERAGE: 1/2 Box of Condensed Milk1/2 can(s)
- Cocoa Powder2 tablespoon
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC and mix the dry ingredients in a bowl: the oat bran, sugar, cocoa powder and salt (leave the yeast to add last).
- In a blender or mixer (low speed) beat the remaining ingredients: milk, butter and eggs.
- Add the dry ingredients to a blender or mixer and blend until well incorporated. Finally, add the yeast and mix lightly.
- Place the cake batter in a cake tin and bake in the oven at 180ºC for 30-40 minutes.
- After that time, do the toothpick test, if it comes out clean the cake is completely baked!
- ROOF Add half a box of condensed milk and 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, stir until it boils.
- Cover the cake with the warm syrup! And your delicious cake is ready.
