- Semisweet Chocolate400 g
- Unsalted butter300 g
- Sugar280 g
- Wheat Flour80 g
- Almond flour150 g
- Egg5 unit(s)

- For the caramel: Sugar200 g
- Melt the chocolate with the butter.
- In a bowl, mix the eggs and sugar, with the help of a fouet, so that the mixture becomes foamy. Incorporate this slightly cooled mixture into the melted chocolate, stirring well.
- Add the almond flour, stirring well. When the dough is homogeneous, add the wheat flour and mix enough to incorporate.
- Pour the mixture into the greased removable bottom shape and bake at 180 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
- Melt the sugar over low heat, taking care not to burn it. Add the walnuts and keep stirring to combine.
- Develop the pie and serve with caramelized walnut frosting.
