Chocolate cake with ganache frosting

OBS: Use margarina,  farinha e chocolate para untar e polvilhar.

Preaqueça o forno a 180° ( temperatura média)
Unte a forma com margarina formando uma camada fina e uniforme; faça uma mistura meio a meio de chocolate em pó e trigo e polvilhe a forma toda. Reserve.

NOTE: Use margarine, flour and chocolate to grease and sprinkle.

Preheat the oven to 180° (medium temperature)
Grease the mold with margarine forming a thin and uniform layer; mix half and half chocolate powder and wheat and sprinkle the entire shape. Reserve.

Numa tigela coloque o trigo passando pela peneira.
Na batedeira coloque o açúcar e o chocolate em pó também peneirados, junte os ovos e o óleo. 
Bata na velocidade baixa até misturar bem.
Se for bater à mão use um batedor de arame.

Put the wheat through a sieve in a bowl.
In the mixer place the sugar and chocolate powder, also sifted, add the eggs and oil.
Beat on low speed until well blended.
If beating by hand, use a wire whisk.

Aumente um pouco a velocidade e vá adicionando a água e o trigo alternadamente, batendo apenas para misturar. Por último adicione o fermento. 

Increase the speed a little and add the water and wheat alternately, beating just to mix. Finally add the yeast.

Transfira a massa para a forma e leve ao forno já pré-aquecido para assar por 30 minutos. 
Retire do forno e deixe esfriar por 15 minutos.
Somente com o bolo já frio espalhe a cobertura. 

Dica: Pode decorar com granulados de sua preferência. 

Transfer the dough to the shape and take it to the preheated oven to bake for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool for 15 minutes.
Only with the cake already cold spread the frosting.

Tip: You can decorate with sprinkles of your choice.
