- Wheat Flour4 cup
- Sugar3 cup
- Chocolate powder 50%2 cup
- Oil1 cup
- Boiling water2 cup
- Chemical Yeast2 tablespoon
- Eggs6 unit(s)
- Beat the eggs with sugar until it grows and becomes "very fluffy". Add the oil and beat some more.
- Add the sifted chocolate and flour and beat until smooth.
- Add the boiling water and beat a little more and finally the yeast in this last step is just to mix without beating too much.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 25 to 30 minutes depending on the oven.
- After cold unmold and serve with frosting, if you prefer stuff it too 😁
- Important tip, give preference to rectangular or round shapes up to 20 cm, the hole in the center is also worth it.
- Larger round pans don't distribute heat properly, causing the center to be raw or the edges to be burnt.
