Beat the eggs with sugar until it grows and becomes "very fluffy". Add the oil and beat some more.
Add the sifted chocolate and flour and beat until smooth.
Add the boiling water and beat a little more and finally the yeast in this last step is just to mix without beating too much.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 25 to 30 minutes depending on the oven.
After cold unmold and serve with frosting, if you prefer stuff it too 😁
Important tip, give preference to rectangular or round shapes up to 20 cm, the hole in the center is also worth it.
Larger round pans don't distribute heat properly, causing the center to be raw or the edges to be burnt.
