- Wheat flour2 cup
- Chocolate powder4 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 dessert spoon
- Condensed milk2 can(s)
- 50% cocoa powder2 tablespoon
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Strawberries to taste
- Beat the eggs, sugar and butter in a mixing bowl.
- Sift the wheat flour and chocolate powder. Add them to the mixer and along with the milk beat until the dough is homogeneous.
- Add the yeast to the mixer and beat for a minute to mix it into the dough.
- Grease a two-measure round shape
- Transfer the dough to form and place to bake in a preheated oven at 230°C for 40 minutes.
- After 40 minutes, put a fork in it and if it comes out clean, remove it from the oven and let it cool.
- In a pan add the condensed milk, cream, cocoa powder, sugar and mix well.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring until it forms a homogeneous cream. This forms the homogeneous cream, turn off the heat and let it cool a little.
- Unmold the cake and place on a plate. Place the filling on top of the cake and let it cool.
- Clean the strawberries and then decorate the cake with them
