Cocoa powder1 tablespoon
Sugar130 g
Caster sugar2 tablespoon
Pinch of salt1 unit(s)
Vanilla extract1 teaspoon
Self-raising flour200 g

Prepare your baking tray
Preheat oven to 340°F
Chop the chocolate coarsely, melt in a double boiler and let it cool down
In a bowl, beat the sugar, butter, and salt until fluffy and light
Add the eggs, one by one, and beat
Add the melted chocolate and stir until fully mixed
Mix the coocoa powder and the flour and then add them to the bowl slowly
When fully incorporated, put the batter in a baking tray and bake for 40 minutes or until it's grown and done
