- PASTA: In a blender add the eggs, chocolate powder, butter, unleavened wheat flour, sugar and milk, then beat for 5 minutes.
- Add the yeast and mix with a spatula gently. In a greased shape, pour the dough and bake in a preheated 180°C medium oven for about 40 minutes.
- Don't forget to use a tall mold for this recipe: as it takes 2 tablespoons of yeast, it rises a lot.
- Another solution can be to just add a spoonful of yeast and keep your recipe small.
- SYRUP INGREDIENTS: 2 tablespoons of butter 7 tablespoons of powdered chocolate. 2 cans of sour cream with whey. 3 tablespoons of sugar.
- SYRUP: In a pan, heat the butter and mix the chocolate powder until it is homogeneous.
- Add the cream and mix well until you get a creamy consistency.
- Turn off the heat and add the sugar.
- Decorate the cake with the chocolate syrup and decorate with strawberries.
