- Sugar180 ml
- Milk180 ml
- Unleavened Wheat Flour1.1/2 cup
- Chocolate powder1/2 cup
- Chemical Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Grated coconut (optional) to taste
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream200 g
- Chocolate powder3 tablespoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Beat the eggs, sugar, milk and oil in a blender for 2 minutes.
- Then add the flour and chocolate, beating until smooth.
- Transfer the dough to a bowl, add the yeast and mix gently.
- In a greased and floured form, take the electric fryer for about 30 minutes at 160°C, place the aluminum paper in the form until 25 minutes. Do the toothpick test and you're done.
- To the roof: Mix all the ingredients in a pan and bring to a low heat until it boils. Then cover the cake and sprinkle grated coconut on top.
