  • Sugar180 ml
  • Milk180 ml
  • Unleavened Wheat Flour1.1/2 cup
  • Chocolate powder1/2 cup
  • Chemical Baking Powder1 tablespoon
  • Grated coconut (optional) to taste
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Chocolate powder3 tablespoon
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  1. Beat the eggs, sugar, milk and oil in a blender for 2 minutes.
  2. Then add the flour and chocolate, beating until smooth.
  3. Transfer the dough to a bowl, add the yeast and mix gently.
  4. In a greased and floured form, take the electric fryer for about 30 minutes at 160°C, place the aluminum paper in the form until 25 minutes. Do the toothpick test and you're done.
  5. To the roof: Mix all the ingredients in a pan and bring to a low heat until it boils. Then cover the cake and sprinkle grated coconut on top.
