Chocolate Cake

Pré aqueça o forno a 180°C. Unte uma assadeira com furo no meio ou retangular pequena.
Ferva a água e o óleo.

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a baking dish with a hole in the middle or a small rectangular one.
Boil the water and oil.

Em uma batedeira adicione os ovos inteiros, açúcar e o chocolate e bata bem. Adicione a farinha de trigo e a mistura de água e óleo quente, bata muito bem para homogenizar, coloque o fermento e leve ao forno por aproximadamente 30 minutos.

In a mixer add the whole eggs, sugar and chocolate and beat well. Add the wheat flour and the mixture of hot water and oil, beat very well to homogenize, put the yeast and take it to the oven for approximately 30 minutes.

Enquanto assa prepare a calda:
Em uma panela leve ao fogo médio o leite condensado, chocolate e o creme de leite. Mexa sempre até engrossar e dar o ponto de brigadeiro mole. Após acrescente o leite e mexa por mais alguns minutos até que se misture e comece a ferver novamente.
Reserve para esfriar.


While it bakes, prepare the syrup:
In a saucepan, heat the condensed milk, chocolate and cream over medium heat. Always stir until it thickens and gives the point of soft brigadeiro. Then add the milk and stir for a few more minutes until it mixes and starts to boil again.
Reserve to cool.


Aguarde a massa esfriar e desenforme no prato ou travessa de sua preferência.
Coloque a calda ainda morna por cima.
Decore com coco ralado ou granulado (opcional). 


Wait for the dough to cool down and unmold onto your favorite plate or platter.
Pour the still warm syrup on top.
Garnish with shredded or granulated coconut (optional).
