- 50% cocoa chocolate4 tablespoon
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Baking powder1 teaspoon
- Melted butter2 tablespoon
- Sugar1 cup
- Beat the eggs, butter and sugar in a mixer.
- Add the other ingredients except the baking powder.
- Whisk everything together until smooth and then gently mix in the baking powder by hand.
- Grease the shape with butter or oil and place the dough in a 24 cm round shape with a hole in the middle.
- Place in a preheated oven at 180°C. Bake for 30 to 40 min.
- Unmold after cooling. And enjoy!
