Chocolate Cake

Bata no liquidificador os ovos, o óleo e o açúcar.

Beat the eggs, oil and sugar in the blender.

Vá adicionando e intercalando a água  o chocolate e a farinha de trigo.

Keep adding and interspersing the water, chocolate and wheat flour.

Por último adicione o fermento e misture.

Despeje a massa em uma forma untada e enfarinhada e leve ao forno, pré aquecido a 200° por cerca de 30 minutos.

Pour the dough into a greased and floured mold and bake in a preheated oven at 200° for about 30 minutes.

Prepare um brigadeiro levando ao fogo baixo, o leite condensado, a margarina e 3 colheres de achocolatado. Cozinhe mexendo sem parar até começar a desgrudar do fundo da panela. Desligue o fofo e adicione o creme de leite. Misture bem.

Prepare a brigadeiro over low heat, condensed milk, margarine and 3 spoons of chocolate milk. Cook stirring non stop until it starts to disgrace from the bottom of the pan. Turn off the fluff and add the sour cream. Mix well.

Faça furinhos no bolo e despeje a calda ainda quente.

Make holes in the cake and pour the syrup still hot.
