  • refined sugar250 g
  • Chocolate Powder300 g
  • Unsalted butter200 g
  • Chopped semisweet chocolate200 g
  • Coarsely chopped walnuts1 cup
  • Parchment paper to taste
  1. Melt the chocolate together with the butter in the microwave and set aside.
  2. In a mixer beat the eggs and sugar until smooth (about 2 minutes).
  3. Add the melted chocolate and beat more to mix.
  4. Add the chocolate powder and continue beating until smooth.
  5. Then add the wheat little by little and beat until the dough is completely homogeneous.
  6. Add the nuts and mix with a spoon.
  7. Line a rectangular cake pan with buttered parchment paper and pour in the brownie batter.
  8. Spread with a spatula to be uniform.
  9. Take to oven 180ºC to bake for about 45-50 minutes. (Do the toothpick test)
  10. Wait for the brownie to cool completely and cut the pieces as you prefer.
