Dark chocolate150 g
unsalted butter315 g
Refined sugar260 g
Wheat flour150 g
Salt1 teaspoon
Cocoa powder 70%3 tablespoon

Melt the chocolates and butter in the microwave every 30 seconds
After it melts, mix until smooth.
Set aside and grease the mold with 15 grams of butter and cocoa powder.
Preheat the oven to 180c for 15 minutes
Then place all the ingredients in the chocolate and butter mixture and mix until smooth.
Pour the dough into the baking dish and, if you want, add the chocolate chips or pieces on top.
Bake for 35 min at 180c
