Massa:em uma panela ferva a manteiga junto com a agua,depois coloque o sal,a farinha e o açucar em fogo baixo,misturando bem até ficar uma massa bem lisa,a consistencia boa da massa será quando ela nao tiver mais grudando na panela formando uma bola
