- Whole Grain Yogurt320 g
- Cocoa powder2 tablespoon
- Vanilla Extract1/2 teaspoon
- Molasses or coconut nectar1/2 cup
- Whole grain peanut butter3/4 cup
- salt to taste
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender until it becomes a smooth and homogeneous cream.
- In a container with a lid, take it to freeze in the freezer. If possible, stir with a spoon during the process, to avoid the formation of ice crystals.
- Once frozen, leave for 5 minutes at room temperature, then serve.
- For topping, it is delicious to accompany with chopped roasted peanuts and cocoa nibs.
