- Melted ghee butter1/2 cup
- Coconut Sugar1/2 cup
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Almond flour1 cup
- Oat flour1 cup
- Baking soda1 teaspoon
- Salt1/4 teaspoon
- Vanilla Extract1 teaspoon
- 70% cocoa chocolate chips1 cup
- Dried Cranberry1/2 cup
- Mix the melted butter, egg and sugar in a bowl, using the fouet.
- Then mix the flours, vanilla extract, bicarbonate and salt with a spatula, incorporating everything well.
- Finally, put the chocolate chips and cranberry and mix again (if you want, reserve part to put on top later).
- Portion the dough using a ice cream scoop on a greased baking sheet or silicone mat.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for about 10-15min or until the edges are golden (time depends on the size, keep following).
- It is normal for cookies to come out soft from the oven. Allow to cool, then unmold and serve.
