Cherry and chocolate ice cream

Congele as cerejas de um dia para o outro. Numa panela adicione a água e o açúcar e deixe ferver até todo o açúcar dissolver.

Freeze the cherries overnight. In a pan add the water and sugar and let it boil until all the sugar dissolves.

Coloque as cerejas no processador e ligue-o. Aos poucos vá adicionando a calda de açúcar. Quando estiver homogêneo, adicione o chocolate e processe novamente.

Place the cherries in the food processor and turn it on. Gradually add the sugar syrup. When it is homogeneous, add the chocolate and process again.

Leve para o congelador até o momento de servir.
