- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Vanilla essence15 ml
- Fresh cream80 ml

- Cream cheese800 g

- Ripe strawberries400 g
- Bundle of Basil1 unit(s)
- Balsamic Vinegar100 ml
- PASTA: Start with the dough, preheat the oven to 200 degrees. In a bowl, mix the crushed biscuit with butter and cinnamon to taste. Then cover the bottom and sides of a roasting pan with a removable bottom. Bake for 15 minutes and set aside.
- FILLING: For the filling, start beating the cream cheese and ¾ of the sugar in the mixer until you get a creamy texture. Then add the eggs one at a time with an interval between them. When you get texture, add the flour, cream and vanilla essence. Beat very well.
- MOUNTING: Place the mixture on the dough pan, bake at high temperature for 15 to 20 minutes. Then, lower the temperature and leave another 45 minutes to cook inside. After the oven time, unglue the edges of the cheesecake and take it to the fridge.
- SYRUP: For the strawberry syrup, start by melting the sugar with a little water in a pan. Add the sliced strawberries, basil and balsamic vinegar. Wait for the fridge time and serve the cheesecake with the fragrant syrup.
