  • Cornmeal Biscuit120 g
  • Butter80 g
  • 50% cocoa chocolate1 tablespoon
  • Cream cheese300 g
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Dulce de leche150 g
  • Egg3 unit(s)
  • Refined sugar80 g
  1. In a food processor, crush the biscuit with the butter and chocolate. Place on the bottom and sides of a removable bottom form. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
  2. In the mixer, beat the cream cheese with the cream, milk, sugar and eggs until smooth. Place in the mold, over the base and bake in a water bath for approximately 1 hour or until firm.
  3. Unmold cold and cover with dulce de leche.
