- Maizena Biscuit150 g
- unsalted butter70 g
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Cream cheese300 g
- Icing sugar70 g
- Squeezed lemon1/2 cup
- Vanilla essence1 tablespoon
- Red fruit jelly1 cup
- Grind the biscuit and add the butter until it forms a wet crumb. Press the entire shape with your hands (preferably with a removable bottom)
- Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden.
- In the mixer, beat all the remaining ingredients until you form a smooth and aerated cream.
- Pour over the cookie crust and take it to the freezer for approximately 3 hours.
- Remove from the freezer, unmold and cover with the jam. Serve and delight.
