  • Margarine at room temperature100 g
  • Cream cheese400 g
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Sugar1/2 cup
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Red fruit jelly250 g
  1. Use a blender to crush the wafer until it is the consistency of flour.
  2. Put this flour in a bowl and mix it with the sugar and margarine.
  3. Knead well to make a farofa
  4. Grease a mold with the removable base and spread the crumbs on the bottom and sides of the mold, pressing well to make it firm.
  5. Beat the cream cheese, eggs and condensed milk in a blender until a homogeneous mass is formed.
  6. When it's ready, pour the dough on top of the cookie crumbs and spread it evenly across the pan.
  7. Place in preheated oven and bake over medium heat for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven, place the jam on top, wait to cool and serve.
  9. It looks wonderful!
